"Jayna is one of the shining stars at Altoona Veterinary Hospital in my book! She's always friendly when we (or anyone else!) arrives and treats all my pets as if they were her own. She listens to concerns or questions and effectively translates them to the doctors and provides prompt responses.She's truly someone who cares about animals, the education of their owners, and is just incredibly kind hearted!!!
